Wellcome to Tenuta Quarrata |
Tenuta quarrata is located in the heart of the charming Tuscany, in Santo Pietro Belvedere ( Capannoli, province of Pisa), a small town surrounded by wine and olive yards, wich are producing a very good quality wine and olive oil.
Is, also, very close to the most beautifull and important tuscanian art cities, Florence ( 60 km), Siena ( 90 km), San Gimignano and Lucca ( 45 km), Pisa, Volterra and the beach ( 30 km).
We are well connected with Europe by Pisa and Florence airports.
To reach us, take the superway “FI-PI-LI”, exit Pontedera-Ponsacco, then in direction Casciana Terme for about 12 km, after the town La Capannina turn left in direction Santo Pietro, after about 3 km you will find Tenuta Quarrata on your right. |

All the buildings, wich create Tenuta Quarrata, were builded in XVIII century, Villa San Giorgio and the belongings were re-builded in 1998, and today we have 18 charming apartaments, of different sizes, on the ground and first floor of the ancien stabbles, wine and oil cellars, and two suites on the second floor of Villa San Giorgio, with private entrance, lift and panoramic terrace.
All the apartaments are fully furnished, with: a living-room with kitchen corner, one or two bedrooms and bathroom.
Each of them has a small, furnished outdoor area, there are some bbqs for our guests, a coin washing machine and a parking area.
The apartaments are from 2 to 8 sleeping places. |
All the complex is surrounded by 5 ha park and olive yard, where you can find a tennis court and the panoramic swimming pool ( 25m x 12,5m) with solarium.
During the season we organize weekly a food, oil and wine tasting, with our own products anda tipical tuscanian barbecue dinner.
On request, there’s a possibility to have also the breakfast or dinner.
The town of Santo Pietro is about 3 km far from Tenuta Quarrata, you can find there: bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy, bank, post office, grocery, coffe bar, pizzeria and some other shops.
The nearest supermarket is in La Capannina town (3 km).
Casciana Terme spas are near , you can spend a nice hours in their beauty and relax center, or in the hot water outdoor swimming pool.
We have a special agreement with 3 golf clubs, our guests have a special discount on the green fee. |

There’s also a possibility to ride a horse, for experts and beginners, with 1°, 2°,3°level teachers, to rent a bike or scooter or to visit some of most important wine yards and cellars of Valdera.
In Tirrenia you can find a special area for surfers.
During the season the baker is coming daily ( from monday to saturday) with fresh bread and pastries.
On request we organize lunches, dinners, birthday parties, is available the b&b formula , too.
In our cellar you can find some of most famous tuscanian wines, either some very good local wines, our production biological olive oil, honey, marmalade etc. |
